nerves_livebook, v0.6.5

• Add WiFi configuration to explore section to make it easier to find
• Use the new Delux library to control the LED. This will enable better feedback for what Livebook is doing when you can’t see the webpage
• Blink LED to show that the RPi0 is booting since it takes so long to start.
• Add the Pinout library as a convenience for getting board pinouts.
• Add libraries for devices that support cellular modems (only srhub now)

circuits_quickstart, v0.5.2

• USB gadget mode networking works on the MangoPi MQ-Pro now
• Add pinout package. Run Pinout.print to see what pins go where

property_table, v0.2.1

• Automatic persistence and snapshots for PropertyTables. This makes it possible to use PropertyTable for small key/value stores like those for storing runtime settings especially for Nerves devices. PropertyTable protects against corruption and unexpected reboots that happen mid-write.

nerves, v1.9.0

This release removes warnings when using Elixir 1.14 rc releases since they appear to work fine.

• Added mix nerves.artifact.details to list information in Nerves system and toolchain projects. Thanks to @udoschneider for this feature.
• Many documentation updates including version charts for Nerves systems. Thanks to @mnishiguchi.

It is good to see pictures of the people that make all this possible, so check it out and be ready for when the videos drop from the confs later on :)

Not a lot else showing up on my radar right now as everyone who typically generates news is suddenly off having fun together. Have a great one gang, pour one out for your editor. Next time hopefully :)

Supporting the Nerves project

We want to encourage everyone to contribute in whatever way works for them. Here are some ways we currently recommend:

• Write or port a new hardware library and include it in the Elixir Circuits collection.
• Give money to the project via Open Collective.
• Get in touch about taking over maintenance duties for some libraries, we might be able to provide you hardware.
• Apply for an EEF stipend on something Nerves-related and build it. We can help if you have questions about this.
• Send corrections or improvements for documentation wherever it fails to help you.
• Write about Nerves, give talks about Nerves. Make videos about Nerves. It is all good.
